Sharon Osbourne isn’t one to shy away from sharing her experiences with plastic surgery. Now, she’s sharing the lesser-known downsides of undergoing surgical facelifts.
Osbourne recently had a guest appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show in an episode that aired on Tuesday. During the interview, the “The Talk” host openly shared details about the facelift she had done from back in August. Osbourne said she was happy with the results she got from the procedure however, she didn’t mince words when she talked about the side effects.
“I had this thing where they lifted up my mouth and then for the first week I couldn’t feel my mouth, I can hardly feel my mouth now, to be honest with you,” she told the show’s host, Kelly Clarkson. “I couldn’t find my mouth. It was numb and it was up on one side and I looked like Elvis,” she admitted.
The cultural icon then revealed that her family has had trouble reading the expressions on her face. “All the kids and Ozzy are going, ‘Why are you snarling at me,’ and I’m like, ‘I’m not snarling; I’m not doing anything!'”
She then admitted that she still gets the jitters before going under the knife for a cosmetic procedure. “You could go in and wake up like Cyclops, you never know,” she quipped in the show.
Back in May, the television personality revealed on an episode of The Talk that she was getting cosmetic surgery done. The confession came after she previously said back in 2012 that she would no longer have plastic surgery performed on her.
