Khloe Kardashian struggles to co-parent with ex Tristan Thompson

Khloe Kardashian reveals how “hard” it is to raise her daughter True with ex-beau Tristan Thompson.

The reality star appeared recently guested on the latest episode of Jay Shetty’s podcast On Purpose. During the interview, Kardashian got candid about where her relationship currently stands with the NBA player. She went on to share how putting their past behind is “not easy”.

“Oh, it’s hard. It’s not easy for me. You know, it would be easier for me to keep my daughter away… but he never hurt True,” the Revenge Body host explained. “Him and I have our own relationship and then Tristan and True have theirs, and I will never come in between that. I don’t believe in that.”

It looks like Kardashian doesn’t want to let resentment affect her baby daughter. The reality TV star cites her mom Kris Jenner and late dad Robert Kardashian’s co-parenting relationship for inspiring her. She then went on to praise her older sister Kourtney Kardashian for keeping things civil with ex, Scott Disick.

“I want to show my daughter it’s OK and it’s a beautiful thing to also forgive her dad. He’s a great person. Maybe him and I weren’t compatible in that way, but that’s OK,” The Good American co-founder explained further. “I always want True to be surrounded by love and I know babies feel energy, we feel energy and I just want her to always feel bliss as much as I can.”

Kardashian and Thompson’s relationship ended in a highly-publicized controversy after the latter was caught in a cheating scandal with Jordyn Woods.
