Jennifer Aniston has always been a ray of sunshine in Hollywood — something that she owes to growing up in a home that she describes as “destabilized” and “unsafe.”
The star of Apple TV’s The Morning Show opened up to fellow veteran actress Sandra Bullock in an interview published by Interview magazine. During their exchange, Bullock pointed out that the television and movie actress has “a way of pushing joy and positivity.”
During a recent interview conducted by Sandra Bullock for Interview Magazine, Bullock remarked that the Friends actress — who turned 51 on Tuesday — has “a way of pushing joy and positivity.”
“What is it that allows you to stay buoyant and keep from getting discouraged when things don’t go the right way?” the Oscar-winner asked Aniston.
“First of all, that was the sweetest thing anyone has ever said to me,” the SAG Awardee replied. She went on to explain that the way she treats others stems from a bad place in her childhood. “I think that it comes from growing up in a household that was destabilized and felt unsafe, watching adults being unkind to each other…”
Aniston then revealed that seeing this made her contemplate about how she doesn’t want to be in a similar place.
She continued, “‘I don’t want to do that. I don’t want to be that. I don’t want to experience this feeling I’m having in my body right now. I don’t want anyone else that I ever come in contact with ever to feel that.’”
